The person in this position will support the CEFQ Director in the operations and development of services provided to criminalized women in Quebec City.  She will participate in the planning, implementation, and oversight of CEFQ operations.  She will assist the Director in ensuring compliance with correctional services requirements and maintaining the quality of clinical services.  She will also contribute to fostering a participatory organizational culture and a positive, harmonious work environment that promotes the well-being and professional growth of staff, volunteers, and service users.  This is a permanent, full-time position.
